This describes what the site does today: a static site with no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. It must be revisited the moment the newsletter, the submission feed or any analytics go live, because each of those changes what is processed. Worth a legal review before launch.

What this site collects today
Run Buzz is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no third-party trackers, so there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting, on the legal basis of legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 90 days.
Embedded content
Videos are embedded from YouTube using youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies before playback. Playing a video contacts Google's servers and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Newsletter
Not live yet. When it is: double opt-in, address only, no profiling, one-click unsubscribe in every email, consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. TODO — name the mailing provider and its location once chosen.
